Founded by Aiko Yamano, Face+ is known for their much sought-after Doronko Clay treatment. Kiseki, famously known for its fresh sashimi spread, is heaven to those who enjoy a good value Japanese buffet, with prices starting at $22.80++ on weekdays and $29.80++ on weekends. Enjoy a breathtaking view of the Orchard landscape as you dine on the freshest Japanese seafood.
5. En Sakaba
A traditional Japanese bistro bar; imagine something in between a standing bar and a bar with seats. En Sakaba serves a variety of Japanese-influenced tapas, beer and sake. They stock over 30 brands of sake of various grades, which pair well with the food they serve, creating an “umami” experience for patrons.

Order up one of their many green tea parfaits to share; it’s a definite thirst quencher. If you’re not much of a maccha fan, try their dorayaki, a sweet azuki bean paste pancake, which is what Doraemon is always shown eating!

Ootoya is one of those Japanese restaurants where it feels like home. They pride themselves on serving authentic home cooked Japanese cuisine. All orders are made-to-order from scratch, freshness guaranteed! We suggest trying their homemade soba, made daily with buckwheat imported from Hokkaido!
10. Shabu Sai
For an affordable and good quality Japanese hotpot buffet, Shabu Sai has all that you need! Shabu Sai has a decent spread of 60 food items, and offers six types of soup bases: Sukiyaki, curry, spicy, tonkotsu, tomato and seaweed.

The newly renovated hippy modern restaurant is the perfect place to chill after work, especially considering their evening happy hour offerings. If you’re looking for THAT bowl of ramen, head over to Nantsuttei, known as one of the best ramen restaurants in Singapore. Now, this is THE famous Japanese retailer. Stepping into Don Don Donki makes you feel like you’ve just stepped into Japan. Get ready to have your mind blown. Every sign and display screams for your attention, and Japanese products fill every aisle. It’s basically a supermarket stocked with Japanese street snacks, alcohol beverages, fresh meat and all kinds of Japanese groceries! You can even get a fresh bowl of salmon don for less than $10 here. One thing to note, their theme song plays over and over non stop in the store, and it can get annoying for some, but otherwise it’s all cheery!
