Laksa is well-loved in Singaporean and Malaysian cuisine. It comes in two versions: curry laksa and assam laksa, with the former more commonly found in Singapore.
If you’re looking for the best laksa in Singapore, here are our top 10 places to go!
1. 328 Katong Laksa
328 Katong Laksa has become one of the most famous laksa places in Singapore, after defeating celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay in a cooking showdown in 2013. The main highlight of their signature dish is their well-balanced gravy, which combines coconut milk, chili, dried shrimp and herbs to create the best creamy, Katong-style laksa soup base. Do request for their sambal chilli, which provides an amazing kick, as well as their otah as a perfect side dish to go.
