With its open kitchen concept, every dish is made to order, ensuring what you get is at its freshest state! Both lunch and dinner buffet are priced at $38.80++, but to have sashimi freshly sliced in front you, we’d say it’s a pretty great deal. With over 160 ala carte items on their menu, you’ll definitely be spoilt for choice at Shin Minori. For $43.90++, your belly will be impressed by the thick slices of sashimi, maki rolls, crispy tempura and more. They offer an extensive range of Sake & Shochu (not included in buffet) that pairs well with the big spread. Dining in Shin Minori is much less of a hassle because each table is equipped with a tablet, making it easier for patrons to order.

Humbly located at Clarke Quay, you get an amazing view of the Singapore River. Mitsuba serves an ala carte menu buffet with up to 150 varieties of sushi, sashimi, agemono, and teppanyaki at only $41.90++ (lunch & dinner). Start with their signature California Maki before indulging their variety of hot dishes. Here’s the catch, do not be too greedy with what you’re getting and take only what you can handle. Nestled in Mandarin Orchard Hotel, their Japanese variety is quite huge even though it’s an international buffet spread. There is a live cooking pasta station where you can customize your own pasta dish to your liking. Be blown away by their daily dinner delights like Foie Gras Tuesday, where you get to enjoy foie gras cooked in four different ways: terrine, pan seared in truffle miso, royale & chawanmushi.

Located at M Hotel, Hokkaido Sushi offers a $41.50++ for a weekday lunch buffet, $44++ for a weekday dinner buffet. A designated corner at Hokkaido Sushi is where you can experience a traditional Japanese sushi bar and watch the sushi chefs carefully curate your order. Usually, when it comes to buffet, rice is a no-no. But you might want to make an exception for Hokkaido Sushi, as they serve premium Japanese rice called Nanatsuboshi. They also have their fresh sashimi air flown in bi-weekly from Tsukiji and Sapporo.

Crowned as one of the restaurants that serve the best sashimi by local foodies, Ikoi is small yet it caters to a lot more. The coziness of the restaurant will remind you of a more traditional Japanese restaurant. It is advised to reserve a table beforehand as it gets pretty crowded fast and it is not a place for leisure dining.

Feast on layers and layers of quality meat, this is for the beef lovers out there! Specializing in barbeque and grilled meat, Tenkaichi offers two tiers of BBQ buffet: deluxe and premium. Deluxe buffet is priced at $29.90++ for lunch and 34.90++ for dinner; Premium lunch and dinner buffet are priced at $59.90++ and $64.90++ respectively.
