Nestled in Mandarin Orchard Hotel, their Japanese variety is quite huge even though it’s an international buffet spread. There is a live cooking pasta station where you can customize your own pasta dish to your liking. Be blown away by their daily dinner delights like Foie Gras Tuesday, where you get to enjoy foie gras cooked in four different ways: terrine, pan seared in truffle miso, royale & chawanmushi.

A designated corner at Hokkaido Sushi is where you can experience a traditional Japanese sushi bar and watch the sushi chefs carefully curate your order. Usually, when it comes to buffet, rice is a no-no. But you might want to make an exception for Hokkaido Sushi, as they serve premium Japanese rice called Nanatsuboshi. They also have their fresh sashimi air flown in bi-weekly from Tsukiji and Sapporo.
