How much would you pay for a burger?

One of the best burger restaurants in Amsterdam, Lombardo has come to Singapore recently and will be having their opening on the 11th of October 2019.

Located on Duxton Road, Lombardo was brought into Singapore by a Singaporean and has become the first international franchise of the famous brand from Amsterdam.

In order to celebrate their official opening, Lombardo is specially releasing Singapore’s most expensive burger which costs $250 and is only available for a limited period of 11 days (from 11th to 21st October).

So, here comes the question – how can it be so expensive? It all lies in the ingredients.

Singapore’s most expensive burger comes with 200g of 100% Japanese wagyu beef, pan-seared foie gras, butter-poached lobster tail, fresh Italian truffles and banana shallots braised in champagne.

The most insane part is that the buns are covered with 25 karat gold!

And did I mention it comes with a spoonful serving of caviar on the side?

According to Today Online, the burger is supposedly “rich in taste with a spicy after tone”.

This release is actually a collaboration with The Children’s Charities Association of Singapore.

All profits from the $250 burger will be donated to the charity in order to support their cause for raising awareness of the challenges that children with disabilities in Singapore face daily.

If you can’t choose one of them, why not all? Go ahead— we won’t judge.

Apart from the $250 burger which is only available for 11 days, they also have a wide selection of the “usual” burgers which range from SGD $21-$35. These include their signature burgers such as Singapore Fling ($35), Pork-A-Licious ($29.50) and Spicy Kimchi Burger ($29.50) as well as classics such as Beef Burger ($21) and Wagyu Burger ($27.50).
