Diners can enjoy the finest traditional Italian cuisines while enjoying the amazing poolside views through their floor-to-ceiling glass windows. The Lighthouse Restaurant & Rooftop Bar is located at the top of The Fullerton Hotel Singapore. This is the place where a beacon once guided mariners into the safety of the Singapore port in the 20th-century. With the amazing and mesmerizing views of Singapore’s skylines and the Marina Bay waterfront from the rooftop, Chef Carlo Marengoni serves the best authentic Italian cuisines, particularly following the taste buds of Italy’s southern coastal regions. It’s definitely perfect for a romantic meal with your loved ones.

Although Tolido’s Espresso Nook is not exactly a 100% Italian restaurant, this casual, cosy cafe serves one of the best fusion pastas. In addition to their most popular coffee and all-day breakfast/sandwiches, their top signature dish is this trendy Laksa Prawn Pasta ($16). It is a fusion between Italian flavours with our local favourites — laksa. The laksa sauce is thick and creamy with a rich coconut aroma. However, it is not as spicy as the local ones, so it is suitable for anyone who doesn’t eat spicy foods. The prawns are fresh and juicy. This perfect dish will not only warm your stomach but your heart too.

If you want a more classic flavour, why not indulge yourself in Tolido’s Rustic Beef Bolognese ($15)? The pasta is coated with tomato-based sauce and filled with meaty goodness.

Ranked as #1 Italian Restaurant on TripAdvisor Singapore, Positano Risto is Singapore’s only Halal-certified Italian restaurant. Situated in the Arab Street area, the restaurant is 100% Muslim-owned, and it is guaranteed that they serve great Italian food.

Their bestseller — Positano Super Supreme Calzone ($28.95) has a tomato based sauce with turkey ham complementing it. Topped with burrata cheese and parmesan, the thin and crispy crusted-pizza is filled with mushroom and pastrami. All pizzas are handmade daily to ensure freshness. It took the team more than 186 tries to get the perfect dough.

One thing worth mentioning is that they do not add MSG to any of their dishes. All the flavours come from the perfect combination of ingredients and their unique recipes itself. If you like pastas that have more heavy Italian flavours, Pesto Chicken Linguini and their Seafood Aglio Olio are highly recommended by their staffs.

If you decide to drop by and try it, make sure not to miss out their newest promotion! Dine in with your mum and dad on Sundays to enjoy 50% off their mains. Please do note that they are closed on Monday.
