1.Alma by Juan Amador

Alma has amazing ambience to match the great food offered. We recommend the six-course degustation menu that has a slight Japanese influence. Alma also has an in-house sommelier who will help you pair your wine with the dishes of the night!

2. Colony Singapore
The name “Colony” pays homage to Singapore’s history as a British colony in the 1800s. Decorated with vintage postcards and maps, the adornments enhance Colony’s eight different open concept kitchens. With ‘live’ culinary showcases, dining here will heighten your gastronomical experience to the fullest.
Go for their buffet; it’s their signature experience, and different courses are offered on different days. Staying true to Singapore’s maritime port roots, their seafood dinner buffet is offered every Friday and Saturday. Pair it off with a cocktail made by their own mixologist!

We recommend trying their Prix Fine Dinner, consisting of 12 dishes over three courses. With the strong focus on textures and tastes, your dining-in-the-dark experience is played up with your other four senses enhanced. Top up your meal with the Cocktail Tasting Option, where three cocktails are paired to a certain dish. See if you can guess the ingredients in the cocktails!

4. Matsuya (Omakase)
Omakase is an increasingly popular fine dining option as Singaporeans grow increasingly adventurous. In Japanese, omakase means “I’ll leave it to you”, and so the dining experience refers to the chef’s selection of dishes for the best experience.
Matsuya sushi bar offers a premium omakase option for diners, with fresh air-flown fish and a personal experience, as it’s made in front of you. A cosy place that accommodates only up to 48 diners, remember to make a reservation in advance. Sign up for Burpple Beyond to get a 1-for-1 deal on the omakase menus!

5. Forlino (Dine with a view)
Forlino will take you on a gourmet journey across Northern and Southern Italy. With one Michelin star under its belt, you can enjoy a panoramic view of iconic Singapore landmarks while savouring your dinner.
Forlino offers both set menus and customised menus, with a wine-pairing service to match. Their famous Slow-Cooked Black Cod with Tripe and White Polenta uses fresh ingredients to bring out the best of its natural flavours. We recommend getting their signature Tiramisu to top off the night!

Pamper yourself with unique dishes like Spring Lamb Rack with Heirloom Carrots and Caramelised Shallots. 7. Odette
Odette’s vision has always been to honour artisanal and seasonal produce through bringing out the best in what they naturally offer. Modern French with a touch of Japanese, Odette’s dishes have a comforting aesthetic that’s pleasing to the eye. Inspired by flora and fauna, their dishes include radish slices shaped into beautiful rosettes garnished with seasonal flower petals.
With two Michelin stars, we recommend trying their six-course menu and also a suitable wine pairing from their in-house sommeliers. Never over-the-top yet always delicious, Odette is a notable restaurant that deserves a visit.
