It can be hard to find kids’ activities around Singapore these days, but you still want to bring your kids out of home, and not let them be cooped up in their iPads. Well, fret not, we bring you 10 exciting kids’ activities to let your children have fun, and hopefully learn something along the way.
1. Hullabaloo at The ArtGround

Hullabaloo is an indoor playground with a whimsical landscape of shapes, colours and patterns that allow children to explore and discover. Developed by local artist Nur Aida, it takes cues from the natural environment and allows children to see the space from different perspectives and have fun in this colourful playland.

2. Rainforest Lumina at Singapore Zoo
Take a walk through our world-renowned Singapore Zoo, but this time, in a different light. It’s a sensory and visual feast for visitors as they are guided along an illuminated multimedia night walk with mesmerizing installations and displays. If your kids are too bored with the zoo in the daytime, this is a fantastic kids’ activity to consider.

3. Pikachu Night Parade
Are your kids Pokemon fanatics? Treat them to an opportunity to see Pikachu up-close! Held at our very own Sentosa, it’s the first LED Pikachu Night Parade and Dance Show outside of Japan. A cute posse of nine Pikachu decked out in LED lights will march and dance along Palawan Beach Walk, which will be a fun performance for your kids to catch!

4. Super Park

Gear up for an afternoon of fun and excitement at Super Park! It’s a massive indoor activity centre, with obstacle walls, trampolines, zip wires, Street Basketball, slides, and even a car track! You name it, they have it. Loads of great kids’ activities await you and your family at Super Park, even adults should be excited!

5. Future World: Where Art Meets Science
Let your kids immerse themselves in a world of art, science and creativity with the high-tech interactive artworks at Future World. It’s Singapore’s largest digital exhibition, and your kids will be fascinated with the interactive art installations and dancing lights. There are 10 artworks that change from time to time to keep things fresh.

6. Bounce Singapore
Have hyperactive kids? Let them jump to their hearts’ content at Bounce Singapore. This trampoline park features a free jump arena with interconnecting trampolines, a basketball arena, the ‘big bag’ area and even an obstacle course! It’s not just for kids, even adults can have fun there. Bring your children to Bounce Singapore to have a jolly good time!

7. Ground Up Climbing Gym

If your little monkeys at home have too much energy, why not bring them rock-climbing? Don’t worry, it’s completely safe under the watchful eyes of the instructors at Ground Up Climbing Gym. They offer weekend climbing classes for your kids if you want to nurture the brave soul in your kid and boost his/her athleticism. In the beginners’ class, your child will be taught basic balance and movements on the wall.

8. Airzone
Your kids will have a blast here! It’s the first-ever elevated playground in Singapore, where you’ll feel like you are an acrobat high up above the ground. It spans 5 levels at City Square Mall, and your kids will have a ton of fun with all the activities available here. They can bounce, jump, slide, and have fun in a ball pit! Safety is also of utmost priority to the staff here, so be rest assured that your child will stay safe while having fun. Even though, since this is an elevated playground, it might also be wise to only take older kids there.

9. Hay Dairies

If you want something a little different, why not hop over to Hay Dairies? It’s Singapore’s only goat farm, and was established in 1988. It has more than 800 goats, and you can let your kids get up close with the gentle animals. There are farm visit tours available, and your children can watch the milking process and feeding of the goats to learn where their food comes from. Be sure to buy some goat milk back home for a lovely souvenir!

10. Ice Magic Asia

Want something super special for your kids? Treat them to a trip to the Whimsical Candy Playground, where they might be experiencing snow for the first time! Of course, it’s artificial snow, but it’s magical nonetheless. There’ll be colourful exhibits featuring The Nutcracker and The Magic Forest, fit for even your Instagram feed.
While the Candy Playground has a cool temperature of 13 to 20 degrees, the Ice Magic Park is -8 to -13 degrees, for the powdery white snow. Expect activities on ice, such as snowboarding, skiing and bumper-car-on-ice.
